Microsoft Word 2013: The Best Features

Getting an Office 2013 Professional download may be the best thing you can do for your personal or business computing needs. Office 2013 has a lot of great apps and one of its most useful platforms is Microsoft Word. If you are an avid user of Microsoft, you already know how to use the app.

In MS 2013, however there are many new features that allow Word to surpass its previous versions. For example, there is the Design tab.  This allows you to customize your document by adding in new Themes, Colors and Fonts and ways to use them.  There is a Set as Default option that allows you to format different settings and this time around Word 2013 makes it easier because it is all incorporated into one tab. PDF editing is now available in Office Word 2013 as well. You no longer need a third-party app to work with these Adobe Acrobat files. You can edit certain data inside tables and images can be repositioned. After you’re done, you can save it in either PDF or MS Word.

Finally are a number of things you can do with the layout. You can choose Move with Text or Fix position on page. Additionally, you can click See More to open the classic Layout dialog that gives you more options for positioning. Every time you click an image, a chart or SmartArt – there is a Layout Options icon that appears at the top right corner. You can click on it to select different configurations for text wrapping.
